How to enable an exit survey form while accepting an employee's resignation?
Once the employee has given the notice for resigning due to any reason, there is a resignation procedure that the employer has to follow, and might have to assign some of the tasks to the employees. Same way, the employer can choose whether the employee needs to fill in the Exit Survey Form or not.
Below is the path to enable the Exit Survey Form-
Go to the Org (1) section of the Keka Portal, and click on Exits (2). Then go to the Exit process tab.
To enable the Survey, the employee's exit request must be reviewed and it should be in the Exit in progress phase.
Now go to the Exits in Progress phase and click the Manage button under the actions column.
This will open a side window with all the pending tasks. You can click on the survey section.
In the Survey section, toggle the switch to enable the survey. This will show you when the survey will be triggered to the employee.
This is how you can enable the exit survey form. If needed you can use the Preview Survey option to check what the survey looks like.
