How do I handle Year-End Processing (YEP) if I've already processed the December payroll without doing it, and do I need to roll back the payroll?

     

    If you've already completed the December payroll but haven't processed the Year-End Processing (YEP), don't worry � you can still complete the LYP without rolling back the payroll. However, if you intend to include the leave encashment amount in the December payroll, then a rollback of the payroll is necessary to accommodate this. If leave encashment for December is not a priority, you can proceed with the Year-End Processing as is, without the need to roll back the payroll for December. This flexibility allows you to complete the necessary year-end tasks in a way that best suits your organizational needs and timelines. Remember, it's important to plan accordingly for such processes in the future to ensure seamless integration of all payroll and leave-related activities.
