How can we enable/disable remote clock-in?

    Enabling remote clock-in can provide flexibility, increased accuracy, and time-saving. However, disabling it may be necessary due to security concerns, monitoring issues, or policy compliance requirements. The decision should be based on the specific needs and policies of the organization.


    Here is how Keka lets you easily enable/disable remote clock-in for the employees of your organization.

    Navigate to Time Attend (1) and then go to Attendance Tracking (2). Make sure you're on the Capture Scheme tab and you will see a list of capture schemes (3) from which you have to select the relevant one. Now click on the Edit (4) icon to open a new window.




    On the window that opens now, proceed to the Mobile clock-in section. Toggle the switch to enable/disable remote clock in. 

    Here you can setup the options according to your Organisation policy. Finally click Save when you are done.
