Setting Project Deadlines in Keka PSA: A Step-by-Step Guide
Easily set and manage project deadlines. Ensure timely project completion and effective resource allocation.
Keka PSA empowers project managers to set and manage project deadlines effectively. This feature is crucial for ensuring timely project completion and effective resource allocation.
When a project is initially created, the settings, including the start date, are established. In Keka, setting an end date is optional, as administrators may prefer not to assign a deadline at the outset due to uncertainties regarding the project's completion timeline. However, if an administrator later decides to specify a deadline—especially for short-term projects—Keka provides an easy way to set this end date.
By effectively setting project deadlines in Keka PSA, you can improve project management, ensure timely completion, and optimize resource allocation.
This is the process for updating the end date of a project. For additional information on how to delete or archive a project, please refer to the following resources: Deleting or Archive an Existing Project
