How can Keka Hire users see all jobs assigned to them?
When it comes to hiring, deadlines are crucial. In Keka Hire, each job requisition comes with a target hire date. This sets the timeframe for the employee responsible for the job to complete the hiring process and onboard the new hire. Normally, only the interviewers and hiring managers can see the jobs they're assigned to.
But what if you're a Global Admin juggling multiple roles? You'll likely see a long list of job requisitions. To make your life easier, you can use filters to only show the jobs you're directly responsible for. This way, you can focus on your tasks and ensure timely hires, keeping the hiring process smooth and efficient.
To filter the Jobs, in Keka Hire go to Jobs (1) and click on the Dropdown (2) available beside view. In the Drop-down select My Jobs (3).
Once this is done, you can see only the jobs openings you are responsible for.
