How can an employee check his Capture Scheme or Penalisation Policy?

Capture scheme defines how employees can mark their attendance on Keka. It may be Remote Clock-in, Web Clock-in, Biometric, etc. In penalisation Policy you can define penalties for No attendance marked, late coming incidents, working less than the desired work hours and for missing swipes in attendance. It is important for employees to know the capture scheme and the penalisation policy they are assigned to in order to comply with them.

To check these, an employee can go to Me (1) and select Attendance (2).

1) Penalisation Policy:

To check the penalisation policy, under Timings, click on the graph Icon as shown below.

This will display the configurations of your tracking policy.

2) Capture scheme:

To check the capture scheme, under Timings, click the fingerprint Icon as shown below.

This will display the Capture scheme settings the employee is assigned to.
