How can an employee apply for floater leave?

A floater leave, also known as a floating holiday, is a type of paid time off that employees can use at their discretion within a specified period. Unlike fixed holidays, floater leaves provide flexibility for employees to choose when they take their day off based on their individual preferences or needs. They are additional benefits granted by organizations and can be used for personal reasons or religious observances, following the employer's guidelines and policies.

Floating holidays are flexible leave that an employee can take whenever needed basis the list of optional holidays that the organization may choose to have. Organizations offer floating holidays as benefits on top of paid leave. These holidays are generally added for employees to be able to celebrate regional festivals or certain occasions which will not be applicable for the entire organization.
