How can a reporting manager or an Admin write a 1:1 Meeting summary in a review cycle?
Once the review form is submitted, it is crucial for the reporting manager to have a one-on-one discussion with the employee regarding the filled review form. This particular meeting can be configured during the review cycle, and the summary of the meeting can be recorded in the same cycle.
Once all the reviewers have filled in the review form, a task will be automatically triggered and sent to the reporting manager's inbox, requesting them to enter the meeting summary.
A Reporting manager or the designated reviewer can fill the meeting summary by going to Inbox (1) and selecting Performance Reviews (2). Here, select Write Meeting Summary (3).
In the window, you can enter the Summary, select the Participants who were part of the meeting and then choose the Date the meeting was scheduled. Once all this is filled, you can choose to Save as draft and revisit this at a later time or you can Submit it.
If the reporting manager is not available to fill the summary, Admins who have access to the review cycle can write the summary on behalf of the reporting manager.
To do this admins can go to Performance (1) and then select Reviews (2). Here under The Review Group select the Review cycle in which the employee is present and click View Progress (3).
On this page go to Review in Progress and select 1:1 Meeting. Here, search for the employee and then under options, select Submit Meeting.
In the window, enter the details which are the same as the ones shown above. Once done, You can Save as Draft or Submit it.
Hope the process to write a 1:1 Meeting summary is now clear. Need more help? You can refer to our articles available or Contact us!
