Can I partially complete the year-end process for only a few employees?

Completing the year-end process for only a select group of employees is not feasible in the system. The year-end processing feature is designed to be applied uniformly across the entire organization. This ensures consistency and accuracy in managing leave balances, encashments, and carry forwards for all employees. When initiating the year-end process, it must be executed for all employees within the organization to maintain integrity of the leave management system.
