Bulk Attendance Regularisation

Keka HR's Bulk Regularisation feature is designed to simplify this process, allowing HR managers and team leaders to handle multiple attendance regularisation cases efficiently.

What is Bulk Regularisation?

Bulk Regularisation is a function that enables the HR team  and Managers to regularise the attendance of multiple employees at once. This feature is particularly beneficial in situations where a common issue has led to widespread attendance discrepancies, such as a technical glitch in the biometric system or a mass update due to policy changes.

How to Use Bulk Regularisation

To perform attendance regularisation for multiple employees at once, click Time Attend (1) and navigate to Attendance Tracking (2). Click on Bulk Regularisation (3).



  1. Choose the date range(1) and status for which you need to regularise attendance. Select(2) the employees whose attendance needs regularisation, either individually or by using the bulk select option.


After selecting the relevant employees, click the Regularise(1) or Action(1) button to initiate the process. A confirmation dialogue box will appear, reminding you that this action will skip the usual approval chain for regularisation. Once confirmed, regularised employees will have their attendance status updated to 'Regularised' in reports.




Bulk Regularisation allows you to use filters to quickly find and select the attendance records you need. Just choose the right status or department from the filters to see exactly which records require regularisation.



Best Practices for Bulk Regularisation

  • Pre-Check: Before regularising in bulk, ensure that all selected discrepancies are genuine and require regularisation.
  • Communication: Inform the affected employees about the regularisation process to maintain transparency.
  • Documentation: Keep a record of bulk regularisation actions for auditing and compliance purposes.
