Adding and modifying Bands
In an organization, pay bands are structured salary ranges grouping jobs with similar value. They provide flexibility to adjust salaries based on experience, performance, and market trends. Pay bands ensure fairness, market competitiveness, and support career growth while aligning with the organization’s compensation strategy.

Adding Bands to your organization
Keka also allows you to add different job bands to group employees who are at a similar job level. Depending on your definition of bands, you can create bands and assign these bands to your employees.
On the Keka HR Portal, navigate to the Org section from the left navigation pane. Select the Org Structure tab here. To add a band, go to the Bands tab. On this tab, select Add Band.
This will open up the Add Band window. Here, select enter the details of the bands you want to include. Once done, click Add to finish. You can add as many bands as you want on Keka.
All the bands you have added will be visible on the Bands screen
Editing or Deleting a Band
You can edit or delete a band from the Bands screen. Select the band you want to delete and click on the Edit icon or the Delete icon as you wish from the Actions column.
