How to customize interview availability in Hire and connect to Calender?

Managing your interview schedule efficiently is crucial for a smooth hiring process. The Hire platform allows you to customize your availability and sync it with your calendar for seamless scheduling.

Viewing Upcoming Interviews and Availability

  1. Go to Hire and click on Home. 
  2. At the top of the dashboard, you will see all your upcoming interviews.
  3. Scroll down to find the ‘My Availability’ section and click on it.
  4. Click on the pencil icon to update availabilty settings.

Customizing Your Interview Time Slots

Once in the ‘My Availability’ section, you have two ways to set up your availability:

1. Simplified Availability

  • Select the days you are available.
  • Set the time slots that will apply to all selected days at once.
  • Click Update to save your changes.
  • Ideal for those with a consistent schedule.

2. Advanced Customization

  • Set different time slots for different days.
  • Customize availability based on your schedule.
  • Click Update to save your changes.

Integrating with Your Calendar

To ensure smooth scheduling and visibility for HR managers and other panel members:

  • Click on Connect Calendar to sync your availability.



  • Once integrated, your interview schedule will be visible to the relevant team members, reducing conflicts and improving coordination.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage your interview slots, ensuring a well-organized and hassle-free hiring process.
