Please ensure the following prerequisites are completed:
- Install the latest version of Keka Doc Signer.
- Run the Keka Doc Signer application as an Administrator.
- Ensure that the DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) is properly detected and installed on the system.
If the issue persists even after completing all the above steps, then the problem is likely related to the DSC certificate itself, and the certificate configuration may need to be verified from the client end.
Note: To further validate that the Keka Doc Signer is working correctly, we can ask the customer to temporarily remove the digital signature and try updating Part A and Part B. If the update is completed successfully without any errors, it would confirm that the Keka Doc Signer is functioning as expected and that the issue is likely related to the DSC certificate or its configuration.

The ZIP file being uploaded is not in the expected format, which is why the employees are not getting mapped.
Please ensure that the ZIP file contains individual PAN PDF files for each employee. Once the files are uploaded in the correct format, the employee mapping should work as expected.
