Introduction
Keka Learn allows administrators and trainers to manage attendance for live training sessions directly from the platform. You can share attendance codes with learners, mark attendance during the event, and edit it afterward if needed.
Accessing the Live Training
Go to Learn → Manage → Live Trainings.
Select the live training session for which you want to manage attendance.
Sharing the Attendance Code
Go to the Summary tab.
Find the unique attendance code displayed there.

Share this code with learners so they can mark their attendance during the session.
Tip: Share the code at the start of the session to ensure all participants can mark their attendance promptly.
Marking Attendance During the Event
When the live event is active, click Mark Attendance.
Select learners from the list.
Choose Present or Absent as appropriate.
Viewing and Editing Attendance
Go to the Attendance tab.
Click View Attendance.

To edit attendance:
Select a specific learner, or
Click the three dots (⋮) next to their name and choose Manage Attendance.
This allows you to correct attendance records if needed.
Note: Attendance can only be managed while the event is live or after it ends. Make sure the training session has been started before marking attendance.
