Introduction
Submitting your weekly timesheets on time helps ensure accurate payroll, proper project tracking, and better resource planning. Keka PSA makes this process simple, letting you log your hours efficiently each week.
This guide shows you how to submit a weekly timesheet in the Keka PSA.
Step by step instructions
Go to the Me tab and select Timesheet.

On the Timesheet screen, choose one of the following:
Past Due: To enter pending timesheets.
Rejected Timesheet: To revise and resubmit a previously rejected entry.
Click on + Add time and select the relevant project and task.

For each day of the week:
Enter your work hours
Add comments if any.
Once you've filled in all entries, click Save and then Submit weekly timesheet.
Review your submitted timesheet to confirm all hours are logged accurately.
