- Go to the Project section in the left navigation pane.
- Click on the Resources tab and select Cost and Capacity.
- Locate the individual or group for which you want to configure the shifts.
- Click on the three dots icon and select Set Capacity from the dropdown menu.
- Check the box labeled "Fetch Workforce Capacity" to automatically retrieve weekly off days and shift hours from the Time & Attendance system.
- Click Save Capacity to apply the changes.
These settings ensure accurate timesheet entries by aligning with custom shifts and working hours.
