This article explains how creating, linking, and updating sub-goals affects the main goal’s progress in Keka’s performance module.
Understanding Sub-Goal Alignment
Sub-goals break larger objectives into actionable tasks, helping teams focus on measurable outcomes that contribute directly to the main goal’s success.
When a sub-goal is created, updated, or completed, its progress automatically reflects in the main goal—promoting accountability, visibility, and motivation across teams.
In cross-functional setups, multiple owners can manage sub-goals under a shared main goal, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment across departments.
