Introduction
Keka PSA’s integration with Salesforce lets you seamlessly sync sales opportunities into Keka—no more manual data entry or missed updates. This integration helps align your sales pipeline with your project pipeline, improving forecasting, planning, and collaboration across delivery and finance teams.
Step by Step instructions
Start the Integration
Go to the Apps menu in Keka PSA.
Use the search bar to find Salesforce.
Click on Salesforce for PSA.
Click the Connect button to begin setup.
Enter Salesforce Domain
In the pop-up, enter your Salesforce domain name (make sure it matches your Salesforce account domain).
Click Connect.
Keka will now fetch a list of available pipelines from your Salesforce account.
Log In to Salesforce
Enter your Salesforce credentials.
Click Login to authenticate and proceed.
Choose Pipelines and Stages
Select the Salesforce pipelines you want to sync with Keka.
Choose the starting stage—only opportunities at or beyond this stage will be synced.
Click Next.
Map Fields
Some essential fields are pre-mapped and locked to ensure smooth data transfer.
You can also create custom fields in Keka and map them to matching fields in Salesforce. Make sure data types match for accurate syncing.
After mapping, click Save.
What Happens Next
Opportunities from Salesforce will start appearing in Keka within a few minutes.
Sync time may vary based on how much data is being imported.
