An Authorized Signatory is an individual in your organization authorized to sign official documents, such as contracts and agreements, on behalf of a legal entity.
How to Add a New Authorized Signatory
Go to: Org → Org Structure → Legal Entities.
Select the relevant Legal Entity.
Navigate to the Authorized Signatories tab.
Click Add Authorized Signatory.
In the pop-up, enter the following details:
Signatory Name
Designation
Email
Father’s Name
Address
Click Save to add the new signatory.
How to Edit an Authorized Signatory
In the Authorized Signatories tab, find the signatory you want to update.
Click the pencil icon next to their name.
Edit the required details (e.g., name, designation, email, address).
Click Save to update the information.
