How to Download Form 12 BB on Keka?

Form 12BB is used to declare investments and expenses eligible for income tax deductions.
It helps streamline TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) calculation from employees’ salaries.
On Keka, this form is automatically generated based on each employee’s investment declaration at the start of the financial year.

For Employees

1. Go to My Finances → Manage Tax→ Forms

2. Click on Form 12BB.

3. Select the Financial Year.

4. Click Download Form 12BB.

   

For Admins

1. Search for the employee using the search bar and open their profile.

2. Go to Finances → Manage Tax → Form 12BB.

3. Select the Financial Year.

4. Click Generate Form 12BB to download it.
