- Go to Time Attend > Reports.
- Under Leave Reports, click on Leave Accrued.
- On the report generation page, select the required Leave Type from the dropdown.
- Select the Date Range from the available options, or create a Custom Range by selecting specific dates.
- Click Run to generate the report.
- The list of all employees and their accrued leave balance will appear.
- Click the Download icon to download the report in Excel/PDF format.
- Optionally, use the Schedule option to share the report via email with others.
