You can easily upload employee investment declarations in bulk using an Excel file. These declarations are then considered for tax calculation during payroll processing.
Steps to Import Investment Declarations
Go to Payroll → Payroll Admin → Operations.
Scroll down to Payroll Imports and click on Import Investment Declaration.
In the Import Investment Declaration window:
Select the Pay Group (if multiple are configured).
Click Download Excel Template.
Open the Excel file and fill in the investment details for each employee.
Save the file and upload it back to the Import Investment Declaration window.
