- Go to Time Attend > Reports.
- Under Leave Reports, select Opening and Closing Leave Balances of Employees.
- In the next window, select the Leave Plan, Start Date, and End Date.
- Click Run to generate the report.
- Once the report is generated, click the Download Icon to download the report.
- By default, the system selects the Leave Calendar year as the range, but you can adjust the Start and End dates as needed, ensuring they do not exceed the leave calendar year range.
