The Full and Final (F&F) process settles all pending dues when an employee leaves the organization.
It includes payment of the final salary, bonuses, incentives, and retirement benefits.
A detailed F&F statement lists all earnings and deductions, ensuring complete transparency and legal compliance.
Steps to Download the F&F Statement
Go to Org → Exits.
Click on the Exit Process tab.
Navigate to the Exits in Progress section.
This displays all employees whose resignations have been accepted.
Under the Actions column, click Manage.
A side window will open — go to the Finances section.
Click Review & Finalise.
On the next screen, move to Page 2 – Finalise.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Download F&F Statement.
