Configuring Timesheet approval chain
- Go to the Project module and navigate to Policies & Settings.
- Click on the Approval Chain tab and select Timesheet Approval.
- Click Edit settings.
- Check the box Does the project timesheets require approval.
- Add roles or employees to define Approval Levels.
- Click Update to save the settings.
Applying Approval Chains to Specific Projects
- Navigate to Projects > Projects tab > Project List > Active Projects.
- Select the project you want to modify.
- Go to Settings > Approval Chain > Timesheet Approval.
- Click Edit Approval Chain to make necessary adjustments.
- Add roles, employees, or client contacts as approvers.
- Click Update to save the changes.
