Steps to Configure Timesheet Submission Settings
- Go to the Project section.
- Select Policies & Settings, then open the Timesheet page.
- Under the Policies tab, choose the desired Timesheet Policy.
- Click the Edit icon to modify the policy.
- In the window that appears, navigate to Submission Settings.
- Adjust the settings based on your organization’s requirements.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
- Allow employees to log time directly against specific projects or tasks to track hours spent on different project components efficiently.
Configure the following key settings:
- Submission Deadlines: Set time limits for submitting timesheets.
- Approval Workflow: Define how timesheets get reviewed and approved.
- Required Fields: Specify mandatory fields before submission.
- Timesheet Freeze Settings: Lock entries beyond a specific date for compliance (available for Advanced Plan users).
