A Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) helps employees address performance deficiencies by setting clear goals and expectations. Managers can initiate or end a PIP for their subordinates to support their growth and improvement.
Steps to Change the PIP Status:
For Managers:
Navigate to My Team: Go to My Team and select Performance.
Click on Performance Improvement Plan (PIP): Under In Process, find the employee and click Make Decision.
Make a Decision: In the overlay window, select the decision (e.g., End PIP), add the reason, and click Submit.
For Admin:
Search for the Employee: Use Global Search to find the employee’s profile.
Take Action: Click on Take Action, select your decision, add the reason, and click Submit.
Once completed, the employee will appear under the Completed tab of the PIP section.
Important Note: Once a PIP is initiated, it cannot be deleted, only ended.
