Introduction
Collecting documents is a key part of the recruitment process. Documents like proof of identity, educational certificates, and past experience records help you verify a candidate’s background.
In Keka, you can sync document types from Keka HRMS to Keka Hire, so your document collection process during preboarding stays consistent and organized.
Sync the document type
Go to the Hire tab from the left navigation menu.
Click Settings.
Under the Offers & Documents section, select Documents.
Click the hyperlink that says "click here" to start syncing document types.
In the pop-up, select the document types you want to sync.
Click Sync to complete the process.
Options & Variants
Note: Document types synced from Keka HRMS will only be used during the preboarding stage for collecting candidate documents.
