Submitting Weekly Timesheets in Keka's Mobile App
Keka's mobile app offers a convenient way to submit weekly timesheets on the go. By following these simple steps, you can ensure timely and accurate time tracking.
Step-by-Step Guide

Open the Keka Mobile App
Launch the app and navigate to the Me tab, where you’ll find the Timesheet section.
- The Timesheet screen will open.

Attach Timesheet Files
- Tap the Attachment icon to add any relevant files to your timesheet.

Note: Follow the standard attachment flow to upload files seamlessly

Submit the Weekly Timesheet
- Once all files and tasks are attached, tap the Submit button.
- This will add the tasks, which will then reflect on the weekly assigned days with the respective dates.

Note: If a timesheet has already been submitted, it will appear as disabled to avoid duplicate submissions

Confirm and Submit Weekly Timesheet
- After verifying your entries, check the appropriate box and click on the Submit Weekly Timesheet icon.

Receive Confirmation
- Upon successful submission, you’ll see a message confirming your weekly timesheet submission.
- The status will change to "Pending," awaiting manager approval.

Review Pending Timesheets (If Not Approved)
- If a weekly timesheet remains pending approval, tap the specific weekly timesheet showing as pending.
- Select the respective day to view detailed entries.
- Click the Comment icon to view any comments or reasons provided for the pending status.
- If a weekly timesheet remains pending approval, tap the specific weekly timesheet showing as pending.
- Verify the Comment
