Keka enables you to track the progress of your team members during a review cycle, ensuring a smooth process without any obstacles. It allows you to stay updated on their activities and ensure they have completed the necessary steps.
In this article, we will discuss all the features available in this section. Please note that not all features may be visible to you as their visibility depends on your organization's policies.
To access this feature, navigate to the My Team (1) section and select Performance (2). From there, open the Reviews (3) tab to view the review status of your team members. Depending on your role and responsibilities, this page may be further divided into sections such as Direct Reports and Indirect Reports.
On the left side of the page, you will find a list of your team members. By selecting any of them, you can view their review status and take the required actions.
Here, you can see all the review cycles that the employee is participating in, including those that are active, upcoming, and completed.
If you are involved in the employee's review process, you will have the option to Submit Review in the Actions column. Clicking on this option opens a new window where you can provide feedback on the review questions and objectives based on the review cycle configurations.
To begin, carefully read the instructions on the first page and then click on Next. Proceed by filling in the required responses and finalizing the review.
In the Reviews section, you can also utilize the menu beside the Actions column. From there, you have the option to view the Review form or send reminders to the participants involved in the review for that specific employee.
If you choose to view the review form, you can see the responses to the review parameters provided by the reviewers who have submitted their reviews. Additionally, you can track the overall progress of the review process by going to the Activity section.
