Completing a course on Keka learn.

Completing assigned courses on Keka ensures you’re always growing and staying aligned with organizational goals. It helps you build skills, stay updated, and contribute effectively all while tracking your progress seamlessly on the platform!

You can access your assigned courses through two convenient methods.

Begin by accessing your profile and selecting the Learn tab. From there, locate the "In Progress Courses" section and click on the "View Course" option to access the course.

Alternatively, you can access your assigned courses by going to the Learn tab located in the left navigation pane. From there, select the My Courses tab and click on the In Progress button to see the courses assigned to you. Simply click on the course tile to open and begin your learning experience.

Both methods will land you on the My Course page. Now click on the start course option.

Courses can vary based on their setup. Each course may comprise multiple sections or types of content and certain elements may be designated as mandatory to successfully complete the course.

In this particular example, we are looking at a course that has one section and four different types of content i.e. Document, Video, Page, and Quiz. Once you click on start course your Learning begins from here.

The first content you will encounter is a Document. The administrator has set a specific time requirement for this content, meaning you can only mark it as complete after the designated time has elapsed, depending on the configuration. Once done reading, you can click Mark as done and it will take you to the second content.

Now that we have the Video content, Sometimes learners cannot skip this or fasten it. Depends on the configuration by the admin. Once you are done watching the video click Mark as done.

As you continue through the course, you can monitor your progress using the progress bar located beneath the course title.

You will encounter a page containing relevant information. Take your time to review the content thoroughly, and once you feel ready, click on the "Mark as done" button to progress to the next section.

At this stage, you've reached the quiz section of the course. To complete the course, it’s essential to finish the quiz. You can start by clicking on the "Start Quiz" button.

Clear instructions like Passing criteria, No. of Questions and attempts are mentioned on the quiz tile.

Once you finish answering all the questions, click Save and complete to submit.

This will provide you with the option to either review your quiz answers or proceed to complete the course.

Upon clicking "Complete Course," Keka will automatically generate your completion certificate. You have the option to download the certificate for your records, share it on your wall, or click "Next" to proceed to the course rating and feedback section.

Here, you can provide your rating and comments about the course before submitting your feedback.

On the course page, you have the opportunity to initiate a discussion about the course content.
