ID Card on Mobile

Introduction

Employees can now access their Keka ID card directly from the Keka mobile app on both Android and iOS devices. This makes it easier for employees, especially frontline and field employees who may not have regular access to a laptop or desktop, to carry their ID card with them on their mobile device.

Employees can:

• View their ID card from the Keka mobile app.
• Download their ID card as a PDF.
• Share their ID card directly from their mobile device.

Admins can also view an employee's ID card from the employee's profile, providing parity with the web experience.

Note: No additional configuration is required. The ID card displayed on mobile follows the existing ID card settings and templates configured on Keka Web.

For Employees

View your ID card

1. Log in to the Keka mobile app.

2. Navigate to your Profile and click on the three dots.

   

3. Select ID Card.

4. Your ID card is displayed based on the ID card template configured by your organization.

   

   5. Alternatively, you can also view your ID card from your own profile. Simply select ID Card from the left             navigation menu.

Download or share your ID card

1. Open your ID Card from the Keka mobile app.
2. Tap the Download ID Card.

The downloaded ID card can be stored on your device or shared when required.

For Admins

Admins can view an employee’s ID card directly from the employee’s profile, consistent with the web experience. The same ID card is displayed, subject to the existing organization-level feature settings and permission controls.
