We’ve introduced RBAC V1 – Employee-Based Privilege Scoping, enabling organisations to decentralise HR operations while maintaining strict data control.

What’s New

• Selected Emp-ID–based permissions are now scope-aware (Non-Global)
• HR users can perform actions only on employees within their assigned scope
• Supports scoped access across: 
  • Entity
  • Location
  • Business Unit
  • Department

Permissions Covered

• Employee profile actions (login, password, ID card, audit)
• Login history & email history
• Bulk document uploads
• Private profile management

• Reduces dependency on Global Admins
• Enables local HR teams to operate independently
• Improves operational efficiency and turnaround time
• Ensures secure, isolated access using least-privilege principles

Notes

• Only employee-level permissions are included in this release
• System-level permissions remain global and will be addressed in future phase.
