How It Works

Once completed, the registered face becomes the employee’s baseline identity for future attendance actions.

2. Clock-In with Facial Verification

After registration, every clock-in requires a quick selfie verification.

During clock-in:

1. Employee opens the Keka app.

2. Takes a selfie when prompted.

   

3. The system compares the live image with the registered facial profile in real time.

4. If matched successfully, attendance is recorded.

   

3. Manual Punch with Face Verification

If enabled by your organization, manual punch requests also require face verification.

This means even non-standard attendance actions remain secure and authenticated.

4. Smart Guidance During Capture

To improve success rates and ensure a better user experience, Keka provides smart on-screen guidance during selfie capture.

Users may be asked to:
