Overview
You can now access Keka Learn directly from the mobile app and continue learning anytime, anywhere. The mobile experience is designed for learners to easily access assigned courses, track progress, and complete learning modules from their phones.
To keep the experience simple and stable, the mobile app supports only specific learning modules, while some advanced modules are available only on the web app.
What you can do on mobile
Access your learning dashboard
View assigned courses and track your learning progress directly from the mobile app.Start and continue courses
Open courses, consume supported modules, and resume learning from where you left off.Complete assessments
Attempt quizzes and assessments directly within the app.Receive notifications
Course assignments, reminders, and updates appear as mobile push notifications that open the relevant course directly.
Accessing a course on mobile
Open the Keka mobile app.
Tap Me.
Select Learn from the top panel.
Tap Courses.
You will see the following course categories:
Explore Courses – Browse available courses you can start.
In Progress – Courses that you have already started.
- Completed – Courses that you have finished.
Starting a course
Open Explore Courses.
Select the course you want to start.
Tap the course to open its details.
Click Start Course at the bottom of the screen.
The course will begin, and you can continue completing modules directly from the mobile app.
Note: The mobile app supports Page, PDF Document, Video (YouTube, Vimeo, Loom, Google Drive, OneDrive), and Assessment modules; if a course contains any unsupported module, you will see a prompt asking you to continue it on the web app.
Modules available only on the web app
The following modules cannot be consumed on mobile and must be opened on the web app:
SCORM modules
Flashcards
Feedback forms
Events or live training sessions
Any module with timers that are not supported on mobile
Documents that are not in PDF format
