HR admins can now use Tenure as a criteria in rule-based notice period assignments.
What’s New
In GCC countries, notice periods often change after 1 year of employment.
Previously, HR had to manually track and update each employee’s notice period.
How It Works
Admins can configure rules against notice period policies based on tenure.
When an employee’s tenure crosses the defined threshold (e.g., 1 year), the rule engine triggers.
A banner appears on the employee profile, nudging the HR admin to update the notice period.
Note: Admins still need to manually update the notice period; the banner serves as a prompt only.
Benefits
Ensures HR never misses tenure-based notice period changes
Reduces manual tracking and improves compliance
Streamlines notice period management for organisations with tenure-based rules
