Steps
Create an Announcement
Anyone with the appropriate privileges can create an announcement as a:
Post
Poll
Praise
To create an announcement:
Go to the Announcements section.

Click Create Announcement.
Select the Post Type (post, poll, or praise).

Compose your message.

You can choose to Save as Draft if you're not ready to publish yet.
Publish an Announcement
Publishing options vary depending on whether you're an admin or an employee:

Admins can:
Select specific employees to receive the announcement.
Schedule announcements for a future date and time.
Set an optional Announcement Closing Date (recommended to ensure timely engagement).
Once published, the announcement will be visible to selected employees on their dashboard and announcement feeds.
Actions You Can Perform on Announcements
Depending on your role and permissions, you can:
Edit an existing announcement
Copy Link to share directly
Clone to reuse content for another announcement
View Stats such as reach, engagement, and acknowledgements
Set or update the Announcement Closing Date
Employees can view all current and past announcements relevant to them from their profile or announcement feed.
