Goals on Mobile App

Introduction

To make goal tracking more simple, accessible, and actionable, Keka is bringing Goals to the Mobile App. Users will now be able to view, update, and track their goals, sub-goals, and tasks directly from their mobile devices—making goal management easier on the go.

This update is especially valuable for field employees and frontline teams who don’t always have access to laptops. By enabling goals on mobile, Keka helps organizations drive higher adoption, improve engagement, and increase daily usage of the app, making performance management truly accessible anytime, anywhere.

Navigating goals on Mobile App 

1. On you Keka mobile app, navigate to Me→ Performance → Goals

   

2. Under My Goals, click on Create goals
3. The first step under creating Creation, fill in the necessary details

    4. The next step under goal creation is Settings, where you can select goal type and tag people.

Once the Goals are created then you can see a page for Goal Details, where you can see the details like owner, deadline and weightage of that particular goal. 

You can create a sub goal to create more structure to your main goal,

1. Click on +Create a sub-goal 

   

2. You will see a new page with similar details to fill for your sub goals

   

3. Once saved, you will your sub-goal, under the sub-goal category, you can create multiple sub-goals under the main goal.

   

    

In the similar way you can also add Tasks and Notes under the main goal.

The Activity tab shows a detailed history of all actions performed on this goal, including edits, progress updates, and task changes.

Creating Goals for Team

1. On you Keka mobile app, navigate to Me→ Performance → Goals

   

2. Go to the Team tab

3. You will see your team, you can select any of your team member and create a specific goal for them.

   

4. Click on create a goal and fill in the information for the same.

   • The first step will be the creation, fill in the necessary information regarding the specific goal you wan to assign for the employee

   • The next step under it is setting, select the owner of that specific goal.

   

5. Under it you can add Tasks, Notes and also check the Activity for the same.

   

Creating Goals for Department

In the similar way you can add goals for your Department too.

With mobile goals, you can stay aligned with your targets, update progress anytime, and keep moving forward, no matter where you work from.
