Steps to Create Proforma or Prepayment Invoice in Keka
- Go to the Projects section and select Projects from the top menu.
- From the project list, choose the desired project.
- Within the project page, navigate to the Billing tab, then select Proforma Invoices.
- Click on Create Proforma Invoice or select Create Prepayment Proforma Invoice from the dropdown.
- Enter the required details such as customer contact, payment terms, due date, terms and conditions, legal disclosures, and any additional notes or files.
- Once completed, click Save and Preview or select Generate Invoice to proceed.
This process allows you to easily create proforma and prepayment invoices for your clients in Keka.
