Overview
In this guide, you will learn:
How to manage your team's timesheets in Keka PSA.
Approving or rejecting employee and project timesheets.
Viewing detailed project time and accessing weekly summaries.
Managing timesheets
Go to My Team.
Open the Timesheets tab.
The Timesheets tab has three sections:
Approvals – approve or reject timesheets
Project Time – see team hours logged on projects
Week Summary – view weekly totals of hours
Approvals
a.Employee View
Open Approvals.
Select Employee View.
Pick an employee from the list.
Check the box next to the timesheet you want to act on.
Click Approve or Reject.
If rejecting, enter a reason in the overlay before submitting.
b.Project View
Open Approvals.
Select Project View.
Pick a project from the list.
Select the timesheets you want to act on.
Click Approve or Reject.
If rejecting, provide a reason in the overlay.
Project Time
From Timesheets, go to Project Time.
Select a project.
View details such as:
Employees involved
Total hours logged
Billable vs. non-billable hours
To keep a copy, click Download and export to Excel or PDF.
Week Summary
From Timesheets, go to Week Summary.
Choose between Direct Reportees and Indirect Reportees.
Click the Calendar icon to choose a date range.
View the weekly summary, including:
Employee-wise timesheet count
Billable and non-billable hours
Distribution across projects
To save the data, click Download and export to Excel or PDF.
