Keka allows admins to view the history of emails sent to employees from the system. This helps in tracking communication such as login credentials, invitations, or any system-generated messages.
Steps to View Email History:
Go to the Org section from the left navigation pane.
Select the Employees tab.
Navigate to Logins and click on Login Registrations.
Locate the employee and click the three-dot menu under the Actions column.
Select Email History.
On the Email Status and History page, you can:
View a list of emails sent to the employee.
Filter emails by selecting a date range.
This tool is useful for ensuring employees have received critical login or onboarding emails and helps troubleshoot any issues related to email delivery.
