Keka Kiosk ensures seamless attendance tracking even when the device is offline.
All attendance data is stored locally and automatically syncs with Keka HRMS once internet connectivity is restored — preventing data loss and ensuring accurate payroll processing.
This feature is ideal for factories, warehouses, construction sites, and other large worksites where internet access may be limited.
If data synchronization fails, you’ll see a notification in the lower-left corner of the screen showing the date and time of the last successful sync.
Click on the notification.
Once the device reconnects to the internet, click Sync Now in the pop-up to manually trigger synchronization.
Your offline attendance data will now sync securely with Keka HRMS.
