Log in to the Keka portal and go to the Project section.
Select the Analytics tab, then click on Reports and choose Project Work Hours.
Scroll down to locate the Timesheet hours with shifts, leaves, and holidays summary.
Apply filters such as Date Range, Business Unit, Department, Location, and Status (Not Submitted, Waiting for Approval, Approved, Rejected, Partially Approved).
Click Run to view the report, which includes employee names, timesheet hours, shifts, leaves, and holidays for the specified period.
To save the report, click the Download Icon and export it in Excel format for offline review and sharing.
