Tracking employees who are currently serving their notice period is essential for planning transitions, reassignments, and exits efficiently. Instead of checking each profile individually, Keka offers a consolidated "Employee in Notice Period" report.
Steps to Access the Report:
Navigate to the Org section from the left menu.
You'll land on the Dashboard page.
Click on Employee Reports.
In the New Joins & Exits category, select Employee in Notice Period.
Apply relevant filters such as:
Business Unit
Department
Location
Exit Type
Exit Reason
Click on Run to generate the report.
This report gives you a clear overview of all employees currently serving their notice period, helping HR teams manage offboarding smoothly and efficiently.
