- Navigate to Time Attend > Leave.
- Under Leave Plans, select the relevant leave plan from the left pane.
- Go to the Year End Processing section.
- Click on Begin Year End Process.
- In the Pending Leave Request section, take action on all pending leave requests:
- Approve/reject individually or in bulk.
- Once all requests are resolved, click Next.
- In the Leave Balance Actions section:
- Verify leave balances calculated by the system.
- Filter by leave types or search for specific employees.
- Click the Edit icon to modify Days Encashed or Days Carried Forward.
- After verification, click Next.
- In the Encashment Settings section:
- View unused leaves being encashed and system-calculated amounts.
- To edit the total amount, click the Edit icon beside the amount.
- Change the Leave Encashment Policy and Encashment Month if needed.
- Select multiple employees to update policies and months in bulk.
- Once all details are confirmed, click Finalize.
- To view results, go to the Year End Processing section and click View Processing Results.
