Unsubmitting Timesheets in Keka's Mobile App
Sometimes, you may need to unsubmit a timesheet to make corrections or adjustments. Keka's mobile app provides a simple way to do this. Follow these steps to unsubmit your timesheet.
Step-by-Step Guide for Unsubmitting a Timesheet

Open the Keka Mobile App
- Launch the app and navigate to the Me tab.

Access the Timesheet Section
- Tap on Submit Timesheet to access your weekly timesheet view.

Select the Pending Timesheet
- In the weekly timesheet screen, locate the week you want to unsubmit that is currently marked as pending for approval.

Choose to Unsubmit the Timesheet
- At the bottom of the screen, you’ll find an option labeled Unsubmit Timesheet.
- Tap on this option to initiate the unsubmission process.

Confirm the Unsubmission
- A pop-up will appear asking, "Are you sure you want to unsubmit this timesheet?" Tap Yes, Unsubmit to confirm.
- The timesheet status will change, showing that it is now unsubmitted and ready for edits.
