Overview of Jobs:
- The Jobs section displays all the positions you are associated with, either as a hiring manager, interviewer, or part of the hiring team.
- If no jobs are currently linked to your profile, you will encounter a No jobs to review screen, prompting you to reach out to your recruiter for new requisitions.
Detailed Job Views:
- Clicking on a job opens a detailed screen showing all candidates linked to that job. It lists everything from the candidate's status in the hiring process to specific details like expected salary and experience.
- At the top of the job detail screen, you'll find an icon with three dots. Clicking on this icon provides quick access to view upcoming interviews for the specific job, check pending feedback, and directly navigate to the job posting on the career portal.
- In the Job details section by touching on job stage, you can view all stages of the job application process and see the number of candidates in each stage.
Managing Candidate Progress:
- Swiping left on a candidate’s card reveals quick action Move Stage for progressing an applicant to the next phase
- Swiping right on a candidate’s card allows you to quickly select the option to Archive the candidate if you decide not to proceed with their application.
Effective Filtering Options:
- Filters enhance your search within the jobs section. You can filter jobs by status (Online, Offline), confidentiality, department (Design, Engineering, Marketing, etc.), and location (Hyderabad, Bangalore, etc.), making it easier to find relevant openings quickly.
Sharing and Collaboration:
- The Share Job feature, located next to the three-dot icon at the top, enables you to easily distribute job details to colleagues or via other applications, fostering improved collaboration and communication within your team.
