Assigning Billing Types to Tasks in Keka's Mobile App

Keka's mobile app allows you to categorize tasks based on their billing type, ensuring accurate cost allocation and project management. By following these steps, you can easily assign the appropriate billing type to each task.

 

Step-by-Step Guide to Select Billing Type

  1. Open the Keka Mobile App

    • Navigate to the Me tab on the app’s home screen.
    • Tap on Submit Timesheet to access your weekly timesheet view.

  2. Select a Specific Day and Task Entry

    • Choose the day you need to update, and click on the task entry for which you want to assign a billing type.

  3. Enter Task Time and Choose Billing Type

    • A screen will appear where you can enter the time spent on the task.

    • Under the Billing Type section, select your preferred billing option: Billable, Non-Billable, or any custom billing type listed (these options are predefined by the admin).

Note: The selected billing type will apply to the entire week for this task.

 

4. Save Changes


    • Once you’ve selected the billing type, click Save to apply the updates to your timesheet.
