Managing Multiple Timers in Keka's Mobile App
Keka's mobile app allows you to track multiple tasks simultaneously, even within the same day. By following these steps, you can ensure accurate time tracking and improve your productivity.
Step-by-Step Guide for Using Multiple Timers

Open the Keka Mobile App
- Navigate to the Me tab on the app’s home screen.
- Select Submit Timesheet to open your weekly timesheet view.

Select a Specific Day
- Choose the particular day where you’d like to track multiple task timers.
- A new screen will display all tasks assigned for that day.
- Choose the particular day where you’d like to track multiple task timers.

Start the Timer for a Task
- Click the Play icon on the task you want to start tracking.
- The timer will begin tracking time spent on that task.

Attempting to Start Another Task Timer
- If you try to play a timer on a second task while one is still running, a pop-up will appear with a warning: “Please stop your timer for the previous task first to start the new timer.”

Pausing the Current Timer
- Click on Pause for the active timer. This action will open a time entry screen where you can log the time and add relevant comments.
- Once you’re done, select Save to log the entry.

Switching to a New Task Timer
- After saving, return to the task list, where you can now start a new timer for a different task by selecting the Play icon on the desired task.
