How to Manage Skills in Your Keka Profile?
Adding and Updating Skills
To access Your Skill Profile navigate to Me (1) and click on Performance (2). In Performance section click on the Skills (3) tab to view your skill profile.
To Add Skills to Your Profile click Add skills to profile on the right side of the page. In the window that appears, you can -
- Enter the name of the skill and click Add. This adds the skill to your profile. You can also choose from the skills available in the repository.
- After selecting a skill, you will be prompted to rate it based on the rating scale established by your Performance Admin. Rate the skill accordingly and click Save.
Bulk Updating Skills
On your skill profile page, click on Update all skills to view all skills. Here, you can update multiple skills simultaneously.
Toggle the Show detailed view option to see all details related to your skills, such as certificates and behaviors.
For editing Skill Details, click on the pencil icon (1) next to any skill to edit details such as:

- Skill Rating (2): Update the rating as necessary.
- Certificates (3): Attach any relevant certificates you have for the skill.
- Behaviors: See behaviors associated with the skill.
- Experience (4): Edit the number of years of experience you have in that skill.
Below your skill list, you can view:

- Pending Updates: Any skill updates waiting for approval.
- Past Requests: A history of all changes made to your skills.
